Welcome to your yoga journey at Veda Yogshala, Rishikesh — the spiritual heart of India. Our 100 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training is a 12-day residential course, designed to immerse you in authentic yoga and traditional living by the holy Ganga.
Students can check in anytime after 1:00 PM on the first day of the course.
All orientation sessions and classes officially begin the following morning.
To make your arrival easy and stress-free, we offer a complimentary airport pickup service from Dehradun Airport (DED).
Once your flight is confirmed, simply share your arrival details (flight number, landing time, and date) with our team at least 48 hours before your journey,
so that our driver can be ready to welcome you at the airport and bring you safely to the school.
Our friendly staff will assist you with check-in, room allocation, and settling in comfortably before classes begin.

During the 100 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, we serve three freshly prepared sattvic vegetarian meals every day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
