School General Policy For All
At Veda Yogshala, we are committed to providing students with a safe, comfortable, and encouraging learning environment. We strive to create an atmosphere of open communication where everyone feels respected and supported.
In order to ensure a positive experience for all students, we ask that everyone abide by the following policies:
- Respect: All students should be respectful of their fellow classmates, teachers, and staff. No unkind or discriminatory behavior will be tolerated.
- Punctuality: Students should arrive to class on time and be prepared for class with all necessary materials.
- Confidentiality: Students should respect their classmates, teachers, and staff by not disclosing information that they have heard in class or through other students.
- Behavior Policies: Students are expected to act with respect and consideration in all interactions with other students, teachers, and staff at Yoga School. Violations of these policies may result in disciplinary action such as loss of privileges or expulsion from the school.

Privacy Policy
Student privacy is of utmost importance to us. This privacy policy outlines the information we collect and how we use it.
We collect personal information from students in order to better serve their educational needs. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone number, date of birth, gender, email address, grades, attendance records, test scores, and other relevant student data. We use this information to track student progress, provide appropriate academic services and resources, and to help us improve our educational offerings.
We recognize the sensitive nature of student information and take steps to ensure its security and protection.
Teacher Training Course Policy
- Participants must attend all sessions and complete all required coursework.
- Participants must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the teacher training course instructor.
- Participants must arrive to each session on time and be prepared to participate in the session.
- Participants must bring their own laptop or tablet to access course materials and attend online sessions.
- All course materials are the property of the instructor and must not be shared or reproduced without explicit permission.
- All communication between participants and the instructor must be professional and respectful at all
Non-Refundable Policy
Veda Yogshala has a strict non-refundable policy. All payments made in advance for classes, events or other services are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made. We do not offer any refunds or credits for missed classes, events or other services. By registering for any classes, events or other services offered by The Yoga School, you acknowledge that you accept this policy and agree to its terms.
