Ayurveda Retreat

This retreat is focus on relaxation &detoxification with the help of yoga &ayurveda.which teaches you a lot about one part of the Indian approach to health science.

yoga and ayurveda are branches of the same tree of knowledge and said to be complementary to each other. the routine ensures that yoga becames a part of the daily schedule which after the detoxification and rejuvenation process instills stability and strength in a person.
